• Eligibility: We offer store credit or select exchanges for garments that are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to available stock at the time of your request.

• Policy on Returns: Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order garments, we do not issue refunds for returned items. Returns are only accepted in the highly unlikely event of a major fault or gross misrepresentation. Consequently, garments cannot be exchanged or issued store credit based solely on a change of mind. This policy ensures the integrity and sustainability of our handmade products.
